Dr. Erin Powers Daley is an experienced leader, motivator, and service focused individual. Erin holds a Ph.D in Higher Education, Administration, and Leadership from Iowa State University. Erin holds a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University-Twin Cities Campus, and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Family Services from the University of Northern Iowa. Erin is a Maxwell Leadership Certified team member who is focused on helping teams and individuals meet their goals.
Erin is an AVID runner, enjoys spending time with her 3 children (Ava, Liam, Preston), and her husband Matt. Erin and Matt live in rural Iowa, where Erin is employed full time as a community college administrator. Matt is self employed on his family farm. Erin has always been service oriented, passion driven, and motivated to help others succeed on their pathway to greatness.
Clarity Growth Consulting grew from Erin's vision to help others find their greatness, her passion to achieve her goals, and her humbleness to keep trying after every failed attempt. Erin channels her passion and drive personally and professionally every day to bring her service oriented mindset to help others reach their highest potential. She believes it all starts with a small step, followed by many more small steps, ending into a finish line of greatness.
